Summer fun isn’t just reserved for humans this year.  On August 14 th and 15 th, Wild Acres will be debuting its festival-like event Summer in the Wild, offering one-on-one interactions in a group setting for the first time. Resident animals, including porcupines, capybaras, and reptiles, just to name a few, will be joining in on the summer activities. Wild Acres Co-Owner Jake Fletcher said, “This is going to be kinda our entrance to the event. So out here on the grounds to the pavilion and our aviary will be where we have vendors and music and food. Then through this barn we’ll open up the doors and then you’ll walk into the adventure of Wild Acres.”
