Cloud County CC hasn’t budged from its perch atop the National TFRI. The T-Birds are still ranked No. 1 for the second week in a row after starring at the Region VI/KJCCC Invitational this past weekend. Cloud County CC added four national-leading marks to its haul:
Mercy Ntia-Obong is now No. 1 in the 200 at 24.14;
Patricia Koma is now No. 1 in the 1000 at 3:09.33, The T-Birds now also have the top-ranked DMR (13:11.24) and 4×800 relay (9:40.29).
Barton County CC jumped two spots from Week 1 to No. 2 in Week 2. The Cougars have been a force in the field with 11 national top-10 marks, including national-leading marks in the long jump from
Cloud County CC headlines the National TFRI and received its best ranking in program history, easily eclipsing the previous best of No. 4 set in Week 5 of 2019. It’s easy to see why the T-Birds have been charted so favorably by the formula: Cloud County CC owns 22 top-10 marks nationally, including No. 1 marks in the 60 and 200 from
Mercy Ntia-Obong, the 600 from
Pamela Milano, the 1000 from
Ludjenie Mondesir, the mile from
Patricia Koma as well as the shot put from Marie Forbes in addition to the 4×400 relay team.
