We have great expectations of him as he has a reputation for independent thought and reason. He will need to understand our present situation and create and implement policies that will help to solve problems, create jobs, and lift St Vincent and the Grenadines higher.
It is clear that most students leaving our schools are not adequately prepared neither for further studies nor for the world of work. Education should help us to do what we do better. As you likely know by now, graduate transfer guard Parker Stewart announced his commitment to Indiana this week.
In a release confirming Stewart’s intent to enroll in classes, head coach Archie Miller made the following statement:
“We are grateful to have Parker, Cheryl, Anthony and Skylar join the Hoosier Basketball Family. Parker brings a lot of high level experience to our program and I think he will be a great fit with the guys we have not only as a player, but as a person,” Miller said. “He is a proven shooter and a scorer who also gets others involved. He had some unbelievable success as a freshman at Pitt and then had the opportunity to play for his father at UT-Martin and took his game to a new level.

Indiana adds high-scoring grad transfer

Tennessee-Martin graduate transfer guard Parker Stewart will play his final two seasons of eligibility at Indiana, the 6-foot-5 Stewart announced on social media Tuesday.
Stewart averaged 19.2 points and 4.6 rebounds while shooting 34.8% from 3-point range with Tennessee-Martin last season on his way to Second-Team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors. The team was coached by his father, Anthony Stewart, but the younger Stewart decided to transfer after the coach unexpectedly passed away Nov. 15 at the age of 50. This is the hardest decision of my life because I feel like I shouldn t be making it, Stewart wrote in a post on Twitter announcing his transfer. I m suppose(d) to still be playing with you on the sideline dad. . I tried to think of where you would ve told me to go now that you aren t here. . Indiana felt right in my heart.
