Gardai investigating all circumstances after body of woman discovered in Dublin

The tragedy occured in an apartment in Ballybough area in Dublin s north inner city yesterday evening.
The woman’s body has been removed to Dublin City Mortuary.
A garda spokesperson revealed that gardaí are currently “investigating all the circumstances” surrounding the unexplained death.
The death is believed to be the second fatality at an emergency accommodation complex in less than two weeks.
CEO of Inner City Helping Homeless and Dublin Central Councillor Anthony Flynn sent thoughts and prayers to the families of the deceased.
He also called on Ministers to improve their reporting of deaths within emergency accommodation units and services.

It further stated that booking a homeless bed did not amount to taking a bed from somebody else as the authorities âjust source more accommodationâ of short-term beds.
Garda sources said they were aware of the message in circulation, adding it was being examined. However, it was unknown if anyone had taken the advice and booked a homeless bed. The messages were not written by protest organisers but were instead offered as advice to others by a visitor to the messaging platforms.

Cllr Anthony Flynn (Ind), the co-founder of Inner City Helping Homeless, said he had been sent the messages, which he described as âworryingâ.
