HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) - Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Hattiesburg is doing its part in helping families in its community get vaccinated.
The church is partnering with the NAACP and the Mississippi State Department of Health to get the resources it needs to get the job done.
Senior Pastor D. Franklin Brown shares the steps they are taking to get people in line for the shots.
“We will scan the neighborhood, get people to sign up,” Brown said. “Also, we’re asking them which type of vaccine they would prefer, either Pfizer, the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson.”
