It’s one thing to tell a loudmouth in Texas he’s “all hat and no cattle.” And it’s altogether another to ask some fellow in an Abilene beer hall “where do you let you wife graze?” Throughout the history of the Lone Star State, there have been many gun fights, differences settled at the OK Corral or The Alamo, but the most heinous scoundrel of all is one who’ll kill another man’s dog.
They were joy riders, evil trash riding through the sparse pasture country, ‘likkered up,’ and shooting dogs.

CALDWELL, TX â âIf you ever needed anything, he would be right there to stand by your side always. always,â said Amanda Ingram, the older sister of Officer Christopher Luttrell.
Luttrell lost his life in a major collision west of Brazos County on December 17. On Monday, friends and family gathered to share their fondest memories of him.
âYeah, my little brother was tough on the outside, but he was full of marshmellowy gooness on the inside,â Ingram said.
Luttrell lived to serve his community and was filled with joy to do so
