In the last quarter of 2020, prices of old
single-family houses rose by an average of 5.5 per cent from the
previous year. In Greater Helsinki, prices rose by 8.7 per cent and
in the rest of the country by 5.1 per cent. Compared with the
previous quarter, prices of old single-family houses increased by
an average of 0.6 per cent. These data derive from Statistics
Finland’s Index of real estate prices, which is compiled by
