Food trucks have returned to Magnolia Market at the Silos, continuing the complexâs return to normal after a major expansion project, even as the COVID-19 pandemic causes hospitalizations to surge locally and experts fear further spread because of holiday gatherings.
The food lineup now includes Guess Family Barbecue, Cheddar Box, 900 Degrees Pizzeria, Chuckâs Gourmet Popcorn, Summer Snow, Magnolia Table, Silos Baking Co., Club Sandwich, Heart of Texas Dog House, Luna Juice, Alabama Sweet Tea and Whizzbangâs, Magnolia spokesperson John Marsicano said by email.
The courtyard in front of the food trucks remains fenced and under construction but appears to be nearing completion.

Domtar Personal Care shuttered its 303,000-square-foot Waco facility in 2018 as a cost-cutting move, eliminating about 145 positions. To qualify for perks from Waco, which is offering a business grant, Unconditional Love Inc. must lease the building at least nine years, create and maintain 110 jobs, and pay a minimum wage of $15 an hour for all jobs, plus health insurance benefits, according to a breakdown included in the Waco City Council packet.
