Will Phil stop Ballum get married?
EastEnders star Tony Clay has revealed that Callum Highway will give Ben Mitchell a major ultimatum over their wedding next week.
The popular couple are about to hit the rocks just days before their ceremony, as Callum decides that it s finally time to be honest with Ben (Max Bowden) about the past.
Early next week, Ben promises Callum that there will be no more secrets between them. Callum is struck by these heartfelt words and decides to finally tell Ben the truth about his undercover operation last year.
Callum explains to Ben that when he started working undercover, his real target was Phil rather than DI Thompson. Ben is horrified by the revelation and demands a full explanation.
Speaking to
Digital Spy and other media about the tense scenes, Max explained: I think the stakes are very high! Callum obviously comes out with a massive confession that comes out of nowhere. It takes Ben by surprise at a time when he really doesn t need it, so it definitely allows them to come to loggerheads and it develops into a very frustrating situation for both of them. I d say the stakes are very high and there s a lot on the line at the time that Callum says it.
