Will the Browns conduct their rookie minicamp this weekend despite the NFLPA advising players not to attend? Hey, Mary Kay!

CLEVELAND, Ohio In this week’s edition of Hey, Mary Kay!, I answer questions about Aaron Rodgers, Browns rookie minicamp, Baker Mayfield’s passing camp and more.
Hey, Mary Kay: Will the Browns still conduct their rookie camp despite the NFLPA urging rookies not to attend the voluntary sessions? Sam, Chicago, Ill.
Hey, Sam: It’s all systems go for the Browns to conduct their rookie camp this weekend, May 14-16. In fact, I asked Kevin Stefanski about it on the final day of the draft on Saturday and he was eager to get his draft picks and undrafted rookies on the field. “It’s a big step in their maturation is getting them here,’ he said. “We will get our guys here, plan on getting the rookies and the free agents here, get them out on the field, a lot of meetings and a lot of walkthroughs and then some field work, but it will

This week on ESPN’s “First Take,” co-host Max Kellerman said Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is on the “decline.”
According to Kellerman, the 36-year-old who has been battling injury is no longer the “best player in the world” and will likely never be again.
“Are we seeing the decline of LeBron James?” moderator Molly Qerim Rose asked.
“Yes, we are,” Kellerman replied, noting James himself has recently warned of his own decline.
“Am I the only person who … is talking about this? A couple of days ago, LeBron said, ‘I doubt that I’ll be 100% … I knew there was gonna be a chance I wasn’t gonna be 100% this season. In fact, I don’t think I’ll ever be 100% again in my career. … 100% means 100% of what you have been,” Kellerman advised.

In today’s links, you’ll see Jed York give his explanation for his draft day tweets and the plan for Trey Lance. You’ll also former Niners GM Scot McCloughlan give his takes for each 49ers draft pick. He’s a tough, honest, grader.
“If you saw my deleted draft folder, then you’d see some really, really good tweets,” York said on 49ers Talk. York said there was no master plan other than to provide some entertainment and, perhaps, even add to the drama after the first two picks of the draft went as expected.
Manager says Kamaru Usman wants Michael Chiesa next at UFC 263
May 1, 2021
Right as everyone in the MMA community thought they knew who was next for UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman in no. 1 welterweight contender Colby Covington, Usman’s manager Ali Abdelaziz pumped the brakes on that potential rematch.
Usman made it clear to Abdelaziz that he wants to return soon and defend his title for the third time this year, and instead of fighting Covington, Abdelaziz suggested a fight against no. 7 ranked welterweight contender Michael Chiesa at UFC 263.
Abdelaziz provided reasoning for this potential matchup, and also for why he believes Covington is undeserving of a title shot.
