A group of the biggest names in New Zealand music has released an open letter urging industry leaders – and workers at every level – to examine their own behaviour in the wake of this week’s sexual harassment revelations. The letter, penned by singer-songwriter Anna Coddington and released to
Stuff, has been signed by major artists including Bic Runga, Anika Moa and Lorde. Moa said she was also talking to other artists about creating a “database” of people known to show problematic behaviours, to protect young people entering the industry.
