Performances by a circus troupe and the Atlantic Community High School’s marching band will be just a couple of the festivities on the schedule. Local and state leaders will attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony. At 11 a.m., the doors will officially open to the public.  Architect Jose Gonzalez called the building bright and happy , saying its design was tropical modern. Across the floor, different colored arrows lead visitors through the market, while hanging signs and a wide variety of cuisines from vendors will have visitors slowing down to take it all in. (Think Lebanese to Indian to fresh seafood and more.)
