They’re flooding the market and clearing out shelves; they’re chopping, dicing, seasoning, creating they are air fryers. That’s right: I have an air fryer, and I know how to use it. These crispy, sesame broccoli and cauliflower bites will have your taste buds jumping for joy, and your body will thank you too. These bad boys only have four ingredients and take about 15 minutes to make. These are a perfect healthy replacement for popcorn on movie nights, and they work great as a side dish!

Check back weekly for something new to try in the kitchen, or if you want to see your own recipe featured next, get started by reaching out to culture@ufvcascade.ca Now is the perfect time to eat fish. Since we’re always at home, we don’t have to worry about stinking up the SUB when we microwave our salmon dinner from last night or losing friends because of eating a tuna salad sandwich during class.  Salmon is certainly not an everyday protein, but when it’s time to feel a little fancy or when in need of a pick-me-up, salmon is an excellent option. This is a basic marinade recipe. I would use a 12-16 oz. salmon fillet here because it’s perfect for two somewhat large portions. You’ll either have leftovers for the following day or you can enjoy it with your roommate for dinner.
