On Christmas Eve, when most Hartford residents were enjoying a socially distanced holiday at home, Tenaya Taylor was bundled up against the chill, filling up the little food pantry at 40 Evergreen Ave. with socks, hand sanitizer and other toiletries, for families who couldn’t afford them.
