Northern California Environmental Grassroots Fund to support small grassroots groups throughout greater northern California that are tackling tough environmental problems including toxic pollution, urban sprawl, sustainable agriculture, climate change, environmental degradation of the rivers and wild places, as well as, of communities and health.
Objectives
Strengthen and diversify the capacity of the grassroots base of California’s environmental movement.
Provide grantees with training opportunities, as well as scholarship funds, to develop skills in budgeting, communications, strategic planning, computer software, working with volunteers and more.
Enable communities that often fall through the cracks of traditional funding processes to gain crucial recognition and support.

The London Community Foundation (LCF) is pleased to launch the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Grassroots Fund. This Fund is managed in partnership with the Social Innovation Partnership (TSIP).
The aim of the Fund is to support the resilience of organisations that focus on ending violence against women and girls by providing two-year grants, capacity building, peer support and networking events.
Objectives
Build the capacity of existing services for women and girls affected by VAWG;
Sustain effective interventions that are facing challenges in continuing service delivery, including maintain existing services, whilst supporting the stability of grassroots organisations;
