Ankeny Kirkendall Library: Teen Services Librarian joins staff Ankeny Kirkendall Library Please help us in welcoming our new Teen Services Librarian, Tegan Beese, to the Ankeny Kirkendall Public Library. Tegan has her Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has five plus years of experience working with teenagers in a library setting. She is currently obtaining a Master’s of Fine Arts in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts. With this she intends to not only write for teenagers, but also hopes to teach writing.
