Officers executed a drugs warrant at a property in Church Street West Radcliffe today. Radcliffe Neighbourhood Officers discovered hundreds of cannabis farms being grown in four rooms with the operation putting neighbouring businesses at risk of fire. The plants were seized and a man was arrested. A spokesman for the Radcliffe neighbourhood team said: A Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrant was carried out today at Church Street West by the Radcliffe Neighbourhood Officers. Officers discovered a large cannabis farm across 4 rooms in the property, the electricity meter was bypassed and abstracting the electricity putting the building and surrounding businesses at a serious fire risk.
TWO people have been arrested after a drugs bust in Weymouth. Weymouth Neighbourhood Officers executed a warrant in Wyke and recovered stolen property as well as a quantity of suspected drugs. The arrests and seizure come after police thanked the public on information the force received prior to the operation.
