The Acadia Parish Sheriff s Office is hoping someone can identify a vehicle of interest in connection with a shooting that happened a month ago in the Clearview Subdivision.
According to a press release from Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers, someone who was driving by a home in the 100 block of Alyson Drive southeast of Crowley fired shots into the home.
Even though people were at home at the time, fortunately, no one was injured.
They are hoping to ask questions of the person seen driving a four-door truck around the same time the shooting happened. They say this vehicle is a vehicle of interest . Officials say it s a light-colored truck.

The Acadia Parish Sheriff s Office on Thursday provided details on a 45 day campaign focused on making communities safer by getting illegal guns and narcotics off of the streets.
From March 3 to April 18, 2021 deputies seized weapons, narcotics and a vehicle during the patrols. Those patrols, Sheriff KP Gibson says, culminated in 775 stops, including pedestrian and traffic stops.
