Frampton woman, 35, banned from molesting man A woman from Frampton has been issued with a domestic violence protection order to stop her contacting a man or entering his address. Cherry Price, 35, who lives on a houseboat in Splatt Bridge, Frampton on Severn, was ordered by Cheltenham Magistrates Court not to contact the man directly or indirectly for 28 days and not to molest the man. A non-molestation order is a kind of injunction issued in cases involving domestic or relationship issues dealt with by the courts. The case was listed before the magistrates on January 22 as a police application for a domestic violence protection order under the Crime and Security Act 2010.
