Bingley Little Theatre unveils 2021 season | Bradford Telegraph and Argus

WITH theatres closed for much of this year, due to the pandemic, it’s been a tough time for Bradford s amateur dramatic scene. Bradford district has a rich heritage of amateur theatre, and Bingley Little Theatre is one of its longest-running societies. Founded in 1947, it opened in Victoria Hall and in 1974 relocated to Bingley Arts Centre, which the society now manages. Bingley Little Theatre has a reputation for quality amateur productions and produces several plays a year. Working behind the scenes is a dedicated army of volunteers who design and build the impressive sets. Here are some images from BLT s productions of The Curious Savage - a comedy about an elderly woman left with $10 million when her husband dies - and Stepping Out, about a group of people from different backgrounds who meet up at a weekly tap dancing class.
