Jet Linx, the only locally-focused, global private aviation company providing aircraft management, joint ownership and jet card membership services through its 19 private terminal locations nationwide, today announced the debut of its 20th location, Jet Linx Miami. Located at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, Jet Linx Miami will open in early Fall 2021 as the Company s first location to serve the Florida marketplace. Brent Gauthier to the position of Executive Chef for all food and beverage operations and outlets at the hotel, including
The Silver King Ocean Brasserie,
Ella Mae s Diner,
Beacon Social Drinkery and
Oxbow Bar & Grill. Overseeing the hotel s culinary team as interim Executive Chef for the past month, Gauthier started his journey at Luminary in January 2021 as Senior Sous Chef and has since assisted in all aspects of the hotel s Food & Beverage department.
With more than 10 years of high-volume experience in American Cuisine, Gauthier joins Luminary from Gaylord National Harbor in Maryland, Virginia, where he worked as a Senior Sous Chef and was responsible for leading a team, monthly inventory, and lowering labor and food costs. Prior to that, Gauthier was Executive Chef at Le Meriden Arlington, Virginia. Gauthier attended Johnson & Wales for his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.

She joins the St. Regis Bal Harbour team following her position as Assistant Spa Director at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove where she earned the 2018 Leader of the Year distinction, the 2017 Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association (GMBHA) Inn Key - Spa Hospitality Leadership Award, and the 2016 Five-Star Employee of the Year. Her pronounced ability to conceptualize initiatives that enhance the guest experience has allowed her to transform the spas she s worked with and create an environment that allows guests to relax and rejuvenate.
