A drug-addled young man emptied a shopping bag full of his own faeces over a female NHS worker s head.
Josh Wade, then 21, subjected his neighbour to aggressive and unpleasant behaviour for more than two months.
Liverpool Crown Court today heard this amounted to a campaign of harassment against the woman, who the ECHO has chosen not to name.
But at around 7.15am on October 1 last year, when he spotted the victim making her way to work, he followed her down the street, then ran at her.
