Defence solicitor Donal Quigley told the judge on Friday that his client had signed a plea of guilty which was lodged in court. Judge Kelly told him he was being sent forward sentencing at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on April 16 next. The accused was remanded on continuing bail. Earlier, Detective Garvan Lennon of the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau said it was alleged the accused was involved in 15 ATM “transaction reverse frauds”. Bank machines were “manipulated” and cash was “forcibly removed”, he said.
