Police have a suspect in custody after arresting James Morrison, 22, in the area of West Dartmore Avenue and Sycamore Street. Morrison is being held in the Summit County Jail on charges of aggravated robbery, robbery, and assault, jail records show. Officers were called to the Sheetz station on the 20 block of West Waterloo Road at about 1:30 p.m. A store employee said the suspect walked up the counter armed with a hatchet and demanded money. He used a bicycle to escape.
