Kupwara ,February 12 (Scoop News)- The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has introduced a special initiative for effective youth engagement and outreach under the aegis of Youth Volunteer Programme of Mission Youth. During the programme Voluntary services of Members of Youth club shall be utilized actively, so that the objectives of programme are realized in full. In this regard, the District Nodal Officer, Mission Youth (ADC) Kupwara, has issued a circular regarding holding of Youth Volunteer Programme in the district. The programme shall commence from 14 February 2022 with the inaugural programme to be held at Town hall, Kupwara at 11:30 am followed by another programme at Environmental Hall, Handwara on 16 February 2022 at 11:30 am.
