Tyler Croston, 24, was arraigned Thursday in York County Superior Court on driving under the influence, aggravated driving to endanger and reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon.
James Crow, 40, had his first court appearance in York County Superior Court Wednesday. His brother said he has a history of post-traumatic stress disorder stemming from his time in Afghanistan.
James Crow, 40, of Alfred, has been charged with murder and is expected to make his initial court appearance at the York County Superior Court on Wednesday.
