STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Two Staten Island high school seniors are working to increase student access to college preparatory and career resources and programs regardless of students’ economic backgrounds.
Staten Island Technical High School seniors Cynthia Lei and Yong Yan (Crystal) Liang thought of the idea of the new student organization, OpportuniTeens, during a trip upstate in December 2019.
