The YEIDA intends to harness its resources through multiple investment avenues, grants, annuities and other guaranteed payments from government, returns from investments and loans.
The move will fetch the authority Rs 59.17 crore revenue. An investment of Rs 1,757.45 crore is proposed on these two data centre plots that will generate an estimated 775 jobs, the Authority noted.
Lucknow: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new scheme to sell plots for hotel projects in sector 28 of Gre.
However, structures exceeding 24m in height will require clearance from the Airports Authority of India (AAI). Furthermore, the master plan for development of hotels will be determined keeping in mind all conditions of YEIDA.
The state cabinet recently approved the new FDI policy, including exemptions in land costs and stamp duties, as well as other concessions, which, officials hope, will attract more companies to establish factories.
