inmate chris shiverdecker was recently approved for a transfer out of level six to level five. that was until today. shiverdecker when i escorted him this morning, he told me to make sure i didn t have a rookie with me. he said to make sure that i didn t have a rookie with me when i came to pick him up from the yard today. then he said to watch myself. and usually when he tells us something, we knew that there was business or there was something that was going to happen. his intention was to assault the inmate that was directly ahead of him. if i would have had it my way, she would have been dead. what happened? why? don t threaten my life and walk around. it s something i had to do. i didn t have a choice. what did you do? slipped the handcuffs and tried to get somebody. how?

bed to rinse the pollen out of your hair. antihistamines are great but we have other tools in our arsenal. new kid on the block here, prescription medication known as oralair. it s immune therapy, works almost like a vaccine against pollen. then the medication montelukast, sold under the brand singulair. also reduces inflammation. very effective. and steroid sprays, now available over-the-counter. they cut inflammation. some medications take weeks or months to take effect. happened to me in the yard today. did it really? oh, yeah. sneezing, itchy eyes. sore throat. the whole thing. you have a very big yard. problem isn t the pollen from the grass, but also the moisture in the ground creates mold and that seeps up into the air and right up into your canals. you can literally see the pollen everywhere. landing on your roof of your car, on the windshield of your car. it is really unbelievable. and to hear them say you have to keep windows of your cars and homes closed, it is t
