No fewer than six persons including three personnel of the Nigeria Police Force were killed on Monday when terrorists, locally dubbed as bandits, invaded Yar Bulutu weekly market in Sabon Birni Local Government Area of Sokoto State. The attack came on a day President Muhammadu Buhari was in the state to declare the Chief of Army Staff’s 2022 Conference open. The bandits were said to have attacked the market around 12:30pm.
