Health systems across the US are suing the HRSA to block a registration policy for offsite clinics of 340B-eligible hospitals that they allege will cost billions.
The state attorneys general in Tennessee, North Carolina and Connecticut are cracking down on health systems for various reasons, including care quality and access, the violation of an asset purchase agreement and questionable financial practices.
