Beds are running out in louisiana, mississippi, and arkansas. Cases rising sharply among children. Now asa hutchinson the governor of arkansas says he regrets signing a law banning mask mandates. Our cases were at a low point. Everything has changed now. And, yes, in hindsight, i wish that had not become law. He signed it. This morning the biden administration is considering a vaccination requirement for most international passengers traveling to the united states.
