Outbreak of no virus and not e. Coli. They say they found numerous violations at that location in Cleveland Circle. The commissioner at Boston Inspection Services says report started coming in of white spread illness. 30 Boston College students are sick, including members of the eight men s basketball team. The department of Public Health is working with Inspectional Services on the case. An inspector temporarily suspended chipotle s permit after finding three violations, cooked chicken and steak was below the Proper Holding temperature of 140 degrees. An employee was working despite being sick. Also, the multiple reports of foodborne illness which poses an imminent health hazard, so the restaurant was shut down until further notice. It is a precautionary effort. Monday Afternoon Police received several 911 calls of an adult dangling them being on the proper side of the fence, however within moments of him pulling up, he observed the defendant swing the child with one arm over the fence and placed the child on the side of the fence where the river was closest. Reporter Court Records say jordan let go of the child and pulled out his cell phone, police say the officer ordered him to bring the girl back to the other side of the fence, and the child was unharmed. In court, jordan see he would never do anything to hurt his daughter. The girl was released into the custody of her mother.
