Women Helping Women Fund: An Iconic Night at the Fox Icons and their legacies never die, and neither will the fundraising efforts put on by local philanthropic groups in Spokane. The 30th annual fundraiser put on by the Women Helping Women Fund honors late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg with the goal of empowering women and children in Spokane and providing them with the support to reach their full potential. This year’s keynote speakers are Irin Carmon and Shana Knizhnik, authors of Notorious RBG: The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. There’s also a live performance by the Spokane Symphony, as well as a cocktail hour to conclude the event. All proceeds raised go directly to the fund’s grantees, scholars and community-based solutions for women and children in Spokane.
