Actress Marie Harmon, who co-starred in World War II-era Western movies with cowboy icons Roy Rogers and Sunset Kit Carson, died Monday of natural causes in Los Angeles. She was 97.
Her passing was confirmed on Instagram by her daughter Sondra Currie, a fellow actress who appeared in all three entries of Bradley Cooper’s hit The Hangover franchise, as well as a string of TV series, including Cheers, Magnum P.I. and The Secret Life of an American Teenager. Our gorgeous mother Marie Harmon Currie/Kaupish took flight today at 4:40 p.m. at 97, Sondra wrote in her social media tribute. She really was stupendous. Safe flight, Mom.
