氣象局估今秋：1、2颱風侵台 氣溫雨量以正常機率最高 - 生活

中央氣象局預估今年秋天氣溫正常偏暖、雨量正常至偏多、侵襲台灣的颱風數量估正常（1、2個）為主。中央氣象局預報中心副主任陳怡良表示，今年底前熱帶太平洋海溫可能呈現西暖東冷型態、印度洋則有東暖、西部接近正常結構，在此海溫配置下，通常台灣秋季易出現偏暖、多雨的趨勢，預估今年秋季台灣氣溫正常至偏暖，雨量則為正常至偏多。回顧今年7、8月台灣天氣，陳怡良表示，台灣附近太平洋高壓勢力偏弱、位置偏東，季風低壓槽偏北影響台灣，台灣主要受低氣壓、西南風影響。氣溫方面屬於正常情況，降雨主要影響有4波，包含熱帶性低氣壓、烟花颱風的外圍環流、西南氣流及低壓帶影響、盧碧颱風及其減弱的熱低壓伴隨西南氣流影響等，其中西半部及南部山區降雨最明顯，高屏山區更有2000毫米以上降雨量出現。颱風方面，今年6月至
