EXPEDITIONS
Expeditions primarily began in the 1880s, shortly after the region was taken over by Belgium. For many years, therefore, it was called the Belgium Congo. Beginning from 1909, here is a brief list of over a dozen of them.
AMERICAN EXPEDITION 1909
Naturalist Carl Hagenbeck recounted in his autobiography how two separate individuals - a German named Hans Schomburgh and an English hunter - told him about a huge monster, half elephant, half dragon, which lived in the Congo swamps. Later, another naturalist, Joseph Menges, related to Hagenbeck that some kind of dinosaur, seemingly akin to the brontosaurs, inhabited the swamps. Hagenbeck soon sent an expedition to the Congo to search for the monster, but the effort was quickly aborted due to disease and hostile natives.
Riley Hansard Crabb was born on 2 April 1912 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In early December 1934, during a Christmas shopping trip to downtown Minneapolis, Riley discovered the library of the Theosophical Society. Perusing the vast selection of esoteric books, Riley was fascinated by the treasure trove of knowledge dealing with the mystic arts and how one can develop the latent extrasensory powers pertaining to each individual. Riley brought some literature and a membership application from the Theosophical Society home with him; and upon his next visit to that library one week later, he had joined the organization.
As it turned out, Riley discovered that his mother, Eunice Crabb, was also a student of metaphysics and philosophy. She was an avid follower of the then prominent researcher and writer of esoterica, Manly Palmer Hall, the founder of the Philosophical Research Society. Army Air Force Flight Nurse Claimed She Interviewed Roswell Incident Alien Entity
According to a recent article, excerpts from the notes and documents of Matilda O’Donnell McElroy, Senior Master Sergeant Women’s Army Air Force Medical Corp, claimed that she interviewed an alien named “Airl” who told her where they had come from and why they came to the Earth.
Matilda was only 23 years old when she interviewed the alien through telepathy. She was the only person at the base who had the ability to talk with beings through the mind. In her interview with Airl, she found out that the alien was not a biological being, had a female-like appearance, and also had not been injured during the crash.
