Theres a heavy Police Presence around the building, and young people have been stopped and searched. Hundreds of businesses have said they will go on strike on wednesday, and more mass demonstrations are expected. High pressure this week will mean unseasonably warm temps during the afternoons. Todays highs will be in the upper 80s to low 90s for the inland valleys. The bay shoreline will warm to the mid 80s, while the coast will hit the upper 70s. We may see a few spots tie or even break high temperatures records this afternoon.
