York County man charged with attempted murder of family of four

A Lower Windsor Township man was arrested after he allegedly tried to set a trailer home on fire with four people, including two boys, inside.
Zamian Lavellen Duncan, 28, faces four counts of attempted criminal homicide; four counts of aggravated arson with people inside the property; arson on an inhabited building; risking catastrophe; and criminal mischief damaging property with reckless or negligent intent. All are felonies.
He’s also charged with four counts of misdemeanor recklessly endangering another person. He was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Joel N. Toluba and is free on a $50,000 bail.
