Fundraising continues for section of Ohio to Erie Trail in Delaware County

It takes a long time to build a long trail.
The Ohio to Erie Trail – which will stretch from Cleveland to Cincinnati – has been decades in the making.
And no one is quite ready to say when the off-street recreational trail will be completed, said Matthew Simpson, senior planner for Preservation Parks of Delaware, which is involved with finishing the trail s Delaware County section. We re getting close, but no one s ever been bold enough to say, It s going to be done by this date. There are still variables in dealing with acquisition and construction schedules, Simpson said.
He set himself up for one when he reported to the Titans facility with a Shelby-style haircut (a reference to the TV show Peaky Blinders, which takes place in the early 1900s). The Titans social media team decided to have some fun with it, jokingly posting that Compton should be placed on the injury report with his status for the weekend listed as doubtful because his haircut was just
that bad.
