A woman arrested in connection with the murder of a couple from Co. Meath has been released without charge.
The woman in her mid-30s was taken into custody
yesterday morning in relation to the disappearance of William Maughan and his partner Anastasija Varslavanne.
The couple lived in Gormanston until they went missing in April 2015.
The remains of the couple - who were expecting their first child at the time of their disappearance - have never been found.
Gardaí say a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions and investigations are ongoing.

A woman has been arrested as part of the investigation into the disappearance and murder of a couple almost six years ago.
William Maughan and Anastasija Varslavane - who was originally from Latvia - were reported missing from Laytown, Co Meath in April 2015.
A woman in her 30s was arrested this morning, and is being held at Ashbourne Garda Station.
Gardaí say that investigations are ongoing.
