As we head into a new week, three bay area counties are moving into phase two of reopening tomorrow, San Francisco, san mateo and marin counties will start the second phase. This is the early stage of phase two, that does not mean dinein restaurants, shopping malls or schools can reopen, but here is what will be allowed in the three counties starting tomorrow. Curbside retail pickup, manufacturing, childcare for those outside of the essential workforce, outdoor museums, car washes and some offices where telework isnt possible.
