Virtual Job Fair Focuses on Louisiana Healthcare Workers Today
This is Louisiana Workforce Week and all week long the Louisiana Workforce Commission is hosting a series of online and virtual job fairs to help employers find willing workers and to give willing workers a great leg up on gainful employment.
The job fairs are done online at the Louisiana Workforce Commission website. Each day the job fair will focus on one particular aspect of employment. Today, May 25th, the job fair will feature employers who are looking to place workers in the healthcare industry.
You can participate in the job fair free of charge but you must register. As a reminder, today s healthcare job fair will run from 9 am to 12 noon. And, for those who are currently unemployed, participating in the job fair will count toward your work search requirement.
