Westbrook Middle School is trying to tackle cyberbullying, homophobic and racist chats and distractions in the classroom caused by cell phone use, the principal says.
School Administrative District 51, which covers Cumberland and North Yarmouth, is the latest district to announce it has been forced into remote learning.
