A candlelight vigil was held in Plattsburgh Thursday evening to honor a woman killed in mid-July and to raise awareness about domestic violence services in the region.
Under current restrictions, the city can only keep its red light and speeding cameras on between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. and Adams slammed that policy as “unbelievable.”
