SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) A teenager was shot multiple times while being chased by two males in southwest Shreveport, authorities said.
More than a dozen police units responded to a report of gunfire at Ridgewood Middle School in the 2000 block of Ridgewood Drive about 6:42 p.m. Tuesday, May 4.
Two minutes later, Fire Department medics were dispatched to a medical emergency nearby on West Bert Kouns Industrial Loop between Blom Boulevard and Baird Road.
Authorities said the teen was seen running from two males who were chasing him. They then went inside the pool area at Castlewood Apartments, a complex in the 2000 block of West Bert Kouns that is next to the school.
SHREVEPORT, La. - Shreveport police say a hit-and-run accident in the 200 block of West Bert Kouns near Interstate 49 claimed the life of a woman Tuesday night.
