Every citizen who wants to vote is able to cast a vote must be at the top of congress agenda. At the local level many of us have heard stories about how difficult voting can be. Registering to vote in a place where they go to school or even functioning Voting Machines that lead to long lines and voters that need to get back to work, so they have to get up and leave their lives.
