Police arrested 19-year-old Sisqo Ramirez on Jan. 9 in Greeley in relation to a fraud case from 2022. He had seven outstanding warrants at the time of his arrest, according to Weld County arrest records.
Police arrested 32-year-old Eddie Rodriguez in Denver after tracking him from Greeley in a vehicle he had stolen earlier in January, according to an affidavit for his arrest.
Greeley Police arrested Paul Rodriguez, 35, on Jan. 3 for obstructing a peace officer. Police had been looking for him since he allegedly shot himself Oct. 13 in Garden City, according to an affidavit for his arrest.
Both 34-year-old Jacob Martinez and 39-year-old Sheena Fuentes were arrested for possession and intent to distribute both drugs, according to affidavits for their arrest.
At a status hearing Tuesday, Eberhardt and his defense team requested another review aimed at reducing the number of classes he has to take and inquired about the status of a computer that was seized as evidence.
