The victims are chen yuan hong of san jose and george chen from san jose and weihan wang from fremont. Investigators are being looking into whether wang was just a roommate or just visiting the apartment on friday evening. In midjanuary, rodger accused wong of stealing some cameras and he was charged with petty arrest which he pled guilty to. One of the victims is nick pasichuke and the mercury news is reporting that he was visiting a High School Friend in Santa Barbara when rodger hit him with his car, breaking both of his legs. They kept breaking down in tears. This is a really closeknit family. They tell us they did everything together. A mom, a dad, a son. They say that weihan wang was liked by everyone, now they cant believe hes gone. The parents of weihan wang are overcome with grief ever since they got the horrible news their only son was killed in the rampage in isla vista. Im so proud of him. A friend at the familys home said david had already made plans to move out of the apartment. In the middle of the night and david complained to the manager of the apartment and that they were planning to move out. Reporter friday nights rampage started here at the Capri Apartments and was here where three of the victims were. Today we talked with one of the neighbors of those victims and their accused killer. In youtube posts, eliot rodger said this violent rampage was retribution for being treated badly by women and getting pick on by the larger community.
