The Wayne County Department of Social Services is accepting applications from residents needing help with heating bills through the federally funded Low-Income Energy Assistance Program.
Two more subdivisions are being planned for construction in Wayne County and initial plans for the communities were approved Tuesday during the Wayne County Board of Commissioners meeting.
