Last night we had a crew at the scene as homicide investigators and crime scene investigators were to figure out exactly what happened here but they also had search crews here with dogs trying to find his baby. They scoured the area looking everywhere the quibec including all of the dumpsters. Police believe the 31yearold mother gave birth to a girl and then just discarded her. At this point they do not know if the baby is alive or dead. But they say the child was born alive and people here tell us area. She often walks through the apartment complex but does not live here.
